About the farm:

Her husband left the farm to become a migrant laborer to help the family get ahead. Since then, Edilma Chavez has led the team with careful attention to detail to produce coffee of outstanding quality. Edilma inherited El Chalun 20 years ago from her parents. It is named for the nearby location called Chalun, which is also the name of a shade tree that many coffee farmers use in this region.
